Avery Blevins joined the Foundation Mortgage team in May of 2021. His passion for helping families take control of their finances and accomplish the dream of home ownership makes him a great fit for the FMC team.
Since Avery came aboard, he has committed himself to making the intimidating process of buying a home stress-free. Avery is currently pursuing a business degree at the University of South Carolina. Avery is actively involved in Palmetto Boy’s State and is passionate about sharing his love for baseball with the next generation.

Corey Clark joined Foundation Mortgage April of 2012. Her passion for small business, finance, and serving people made her a perfect fit as a part of Team FMC. She helps make this big life experience of buying a new home personal and less stressful. She also shares the excitement with her clients of closing day. She was born and raised in South Carolina and graduated from The University of South Carolina in 2007, with a Bachelors in Economics. She enjoys spending time with her family, being involved with her church at Three Rivers Baptist Church, and watching SEC football, especially the USC GAMECOCKS!

Jake Fleshman joined Foundation Mortgage in May of 2019. His goal is to make the home buying process the best it can be for every client. He enjoys helping South Carolinians obtain their goal of home ownership.
Jake was born and raised in Columbia, SC. He attended Ben Lippen School K-12th grade. He graduated from the Citadel in May of 2019, earning a B.S. in Business Administration. He has a passion for helping others.
Jake and his wife Cayla are active members at Riverland Hills Baptist Church and enjoys being on Lake Murray, watching and playing sports and history. Jake loves all homebuyers and looks forward to being able to help clients in South Carolina achieve the goal of home ownership.

James G. Fleshman II began his career in the mortgage industry in 1991, and founded Foundation Mortgage Corporation in 2001. James has helped thousands of clients make their dreams of becoming a homeowner a reality.
James was born in Charleston and raised in Columbia, South Carolina. He graduated from The Citadel in May of 1990.
James and his wife, Christy, live in Columbia on Lake Murray. They have two children – Jake is a senior at the Citadel and Clair is a cheerleader and junior at Wofford. They are active members of Three Rivers Baptist Church and members of the Lake Murray Association, and James serves as a board member for Daybreak Ministries.
James is a member of Central Carolina Realtors Association, the Rotary Club of Columbia, the Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia, Greater Columbia Sales and Marketing Counsel, Senior Care Professionals of the Midlands, Mortgage Professionals of South Carolina, and Mortgage Lenders Association of Greater Columbia.

Eric Williamson joined the team at Foundation Mortgage in May of 2015, and brought his energy and work ethic to our team. Eric was previously employed as a Mortgage Processor at a prominent bank in the Upstate before making the move back to Columbia SC.
Eric grew up in Columbia, SC and chose to leave to attend Clemson University. He graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Financial Management in 2014.
He enjoys spending time with his friends and family, participating in sports, reading and watching movies in his spare time.
